your class as an enlightening alternative to the usual vinyasa, really geared toward people who value healthy form over showmanship or a major sweat. Thanks to a multiple disk problem years ago, I have a lot of Pilates training under my belt and can visualize your explanations. It truly is a “fusion” and appreciated by someone like me. That class got deep into the muscles in my upper spine and shoulders, right where I hold tension. Felt like it was deeply wringing out and releasing those muscles. Excellent for posture and emotional release.

I finally got a chance to do class. It was hard, and I cursed myself for asking for it! I so need it....I could barely lift my hands off the mat for the spinal extensinos parts. I knew I was weak there {since i am so tight} but ha no idea how weak.

I noticed a huge difference from the before and after “test at the wall. Thank you so much for doing this. I am going to try to do it every day for a few days!
