FALL EQUINOX DAY RETREAT- RESET + ALIGN

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 13TH (2025)

WARD POUND RIDGE RESERVATION

A seasonal escape with yoga, hiking, crafting and a soul-soothing sound bath.

Step away from the noise and into a day that’s just for you.

This day retreat blends yoga, mindful movement, nature, and sound offering a space to move, reflect, and reconnect—off the screen, out of your head, and back into your body.

This half-day retreat includes:

  • An all-levels yoga + movement practice to ground your energy

  • A guided hike

  • Journaling + intention-setting for the Fall Equinox

  • Crafting (something nature inspired)

  • A restorative sound bath experience under the open sky and trees

  • Time to connect with other women

  • Lunch + light snacks

    Open to all levels—no experience needed.

Plus time to connect, breathe, snack, and just be. You’ll leave clear-headed, stretched out, and ready to enter the next season with intention (not burnout).

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Burned-out professional women. High Achievers. Stressed-out caregivers. Wellness pros. Quiet seekers.
If you're craving nervous system rest and a chance to hit “pause” before the season shifts, this is for you.

  • HOW FAR AWAY IS WARD POUND RIDGE?
    It's approximately 45 minutes from Hastings on Hudson, NY.

    WHAT IF I’M NOT A “HIKER” IS IT ADVANCED? CAN I STILL COME?
    The hike is going to be gentle/moderate. It's meant to get out in nature, have fun, move our bodies and connect with nature. If you're looking for a heavy, advanced, difficult hike, that's NOT what we're doing. It's meant to be open to all who want to attend.

    I would reccomend hiking shoes for the day and not your everday sneakers or sandals because you might risk slipping.

    WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
    I will email you before the retreat day so you know exactly what to have on hand.
    * A yoga mat

    • * Water, water bottle

      * Snacks, specialty food items if you are on a special diet

      * Bug spray

      * Sunblock

      * Yoga props like blocks, a blanket, a bolster

      * Layers of clothing

      * Hiking shoes/sneakers for outdoor hike

      * A hat if you like to cover up your face/protect it from sun

      * hand sanitizer

    IS THERE FOOD TO BUY OR WILL THERE BE FOOD SERVED?
    Yes. There will be lunch offered during the retreat. Sandwiches or Wraps - fruit and water.

    If you have special dietary needs I will need to know before the day of the retreat so we can accomadate you.

    Water will be available but definitely BRING YOUR OWN.

    IS THE YOGA BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
    Yes, the yoga will be "open" level appropriate for Beginners and Seasoned yogis alike. I do NOT reccomend the class if you've never done yoga or have a major injury.

    CAN I ATTEND PART OF THE RETREAT AND NOT THE FULL DAY?
    No. That makes things a bit complicated for me for organization purposes. You must sign up for the full day, but of course you're welcome to skip something if you cannot or don't want to participate.

    IS THERE PARKING?
    yes plenty!
